How to Beat All 15 Levels in Choppy Orc: Complete Puzzle Walkthrough
Published · 2 min read

Choppy Orc by eddynson is deceptive. It starts out looking like an easy arcade romp, but by Level 7 you are calculating mid-air trajectory rebounds and frame-perfect axe recalls across sprawling spikes. If you find yourself trapped in a dungeon room scratching your orcish head, here is the strategic walkthrough for conquering every level.
1. The Early Chambers (Levels 1 to 5) — Learning the Axe Toolkit
The first five levels teach you the foundational rules of axe physics. The most critical lesson: the axe is your stepping stone. When thrown into a wooden wall or block, your axe handle remains firmly lodged. Jumping directly onto the handle launches your orc into a super-bounce, roughly doubling your normal jump height.
- Level 1-2: Practice planting the axe at head-height on vertical walls to reach high ledges.
- Level 3: Learn the recall mechanic. You can leap out over an abyss, retrieve the axe mid-flight with the throw button, and immediately hurl it into the opposite wall.
- Level 4-5: Spikes cannot harm you while bouncing off the axe handle, provided your landing coordinates connect squarely with the wood.
2. The Mid-Game Gauntlet (Levels 6 to 10) — Enemies and Cages
Starting in Level 6, enemies enter the fray. Flying bats and floating skulls patrol the chambers. While your axe can strike them directly, the safer technique is the return strike. Throw your axe past a flying enemy into a wall, maneuver yourself so the enemy is between you and the embedded weapon, and recall it. The axe destroys foes in its path as it zooms back to your hands.
You will also encounter damsels trapped in wooden cages. Throwing your axe into the cage latch releases them; leap off the freed damsel's head for an additional momentum boost toward the exit chest!
3. The Endgame Chambers (Levels 11 to 15) — Complex Sequencing
The final chambers require precise sequential planning before you take a single step. Look for crumbly blocks that fall upon contact and moving hazard pendulums.
- Level 12 (The Double Bounce): Lodge the axe low to clear the initial spike bed, bounce, recall mid-air at the apex of your jump, and throw high to catch the second wall ledge.
- Level 14: Bait out bats into open corridors before committing your axe to a platform position. Fighting without your axe is lethal.
- Level 15: The final chamber combines every mechanic. Plant your axe into the central wooden pillar, bounce up to trigger the gate switch, recall on the descent, and fling the axe into the far ledge before you touch the spike floor.
